Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan covers up to 10 animals, with the calendar, pre-drop-off forms, payment tracking and your directory listing, for as long as you like. Upgrade only if you need more.
Do I need a council licence to use PetPortal?
No. PetPortal works for any small boarding business, licensed or not, including small-pet boarders, sitters and daycare. The licence register only appears if your business type needs an animal activity licence.
I'm not very techy. Will I manage?
Yes. It works on your phone, and we'll set it up for you for free. Send us your client list in whatever form it's in and we'll load your clients and pets in.
Will it help with my council inspection?
PetPortal keeps the records the home boarding licence conditions ask for and prints your dog register in one click. It also flags gaps, like a missing microchip number. Your inspector still checks everything else, of course.
How does the free trial work?
